screen frozen at the end of the match

For several days now, it's been happening to me very often that at the end of a match, the final screen with the match progress and results freezes. Some icons at the bottom overlap, and I'm stuck without entering the next match. This happens to me both alone and with friends, and in any mode and map, including Battle Royale. The only solution is to quit the match, and my friends have to do the same to play together. In the locked screen I can move and switch between the various tabs results, progress, my team etc, but I cannot proceed with matchmaking.

This happens to me both alone and with friends, and in all modes and maps, including Battle Royale. The only solution is to quit the match, and my friends have to do the same to play together. I play on PC with the EA App, and I've tried restarting the app and my PC, repairing the game, using app recovery, but nothing. It's been over a week now, and it seems to be happening only to me, while my friends have never had this problem.
