Update: created a user.cfg file text document and did Thread.MaxProcessorCount 16 (for 8 cores 16 threads)
Seemed a bit better but worth trying. I’ll test more tomorrow. Tried 16, 8 and 0 TMPC 16 was for sure the best.
Also trying HAGS and ReBar on or off could make a difference.

Thanks for the Dxdiag. Some troubleshooting:
Full video driver reinstall...
- Download DDU:
- Boot into Safe Mode
- Run DDU
- Select:
-
- GPU
- NVIDIA or AMD
- Choose:
-
- “Clean and restart”
Then install:
- NVIDIA Studio Driver (more stable than Game Ready)
OR - An older stable driver version
- Avoid beta drivers.
Please let us know if these steps help you at all, thanks. EA_Barry.

I appreciate the effort to help. But unfortunatly that did zero diference for me, and will most likely not be any different to other people. I did a fresh Windows 11 install, debloated to the bone to limit any performance hit from any possible application and only with the necessery to play the game, and it did absolutly nothing.
The game still freezes when you finish editing loadouts while in game or when you respawn sometimes, no matter the map or mode. There is constant stuttering in every single map. The ONLY thing the made me notice a improvement was seting Textures to Low. The stuttering definitely was reduce, but is still present. My system specs are modest: R7 5800G - RX 9070 (Adrenalin 26.5.2) - 32GB 3200mhz - 1tb NVME only for games. I'll post my Dxdiag later.
P.S.: before the S3 update, I definitely didn't have issues with performance like it's happening now.
