[SECURITY VULNERABILITY] - Connecting to online services UNKNOWN ERROR

I've been aggressively trying to tackle this issue for the past few days spending close to 10-hours in various streams of EA tech support channels, and I think I'm getting close to finding the cause....

    Hahaha if only I were a cheater and it were this simple! 
    It was one of the things I checked through downloading my account data and verifying with support that there were no bans or restrictions of any kind associated to my account. 
    No bueno on the cheating front I’m afraid.
