Separate FPS limiter for the main menu.

Hello DICE team,

I would like to suggest adding a separate FPS limiter for the main menu in Battlefield. In games like Call of Duty, the menu can be capped at a much lower framerate (e.g. 20–30 FPS), which reduces unnecessary GPU usage and heat. It would be great if Battlefield could have a similar option, so players can save power and keep their systems cooler while idle in menus. Thank you for considering this feature!
