487300eb60be72d6 there's a low FPS icon in the top left corner of your screenshot.
A framerate below 60fps will cause time nudge (TN) to spike and cause network lag. Fixing the low framerate issue will also fix the time nudge (TN) network lag issue.
Please post a screenshot with the FPS Performance Overlay on-screen so we can see if the low framerate issue is being causes by the CPU or GPU.
