Shaders stuck at 30.23%

I've been playing BF since the beta and never had any issues. after about 4-5 days not playing, i hopped back on and my shaders are stuck at 30% and my pc is getting way overloaded more than normal and it stays put, no fix in sight. i've cleared cache's, i've repaired, reinstalled, everything.
