Battlepass instant unlocks are not showing

I purchased the Battle Pass Pro and some of my Instant Unlocks did not activate properly. After restarting the game, only the rewards marked specifically as Pro were unlocked. However, the regular Instant Unlock rewards that should also be granted with the Pro version are still locked and not usable.

Hi Team, Regarding the instant unlocks, like the Brodie, Speak no evil, bad medicine, SOR-300SC, Transparency(parachute), Ignition, and True Dominion still says locked even though I have claimed them on the battle pass screen. Can anyone explain or help me with this?

I purchased the battlefield pro package in Steam last week and the associated battlepass instant unlocks are not available.

It’s been about 7 days now, and I’m still missing a majority of my instant unlocks after purchasing Battlepass Pro.
Also, I noticed that some of the rewards simply aren’t unlocking as I’m progressing through the Battlepass.

This is such a slap in the face as I’m not getting what I paid for. I’d like a full refund from EA. It’s a terrible practice how you say you are aware of the situation yet that doesn’t stop you from releasing more microtransaction bundles in your store.

I won’t be purchasing anything from your store in the future after this terrible experience.
Sorry, but I just don’t like being robbed and not getting what I paid for.

The title pretty much sums it up. I purchased the pro battlepass on November 2nd and have STILL not been given ANY of the instant unlocks. I have sent 2 tickets in and have not received anything back. I just want what I paid for.
