Spec Ops Path / Assignment didnt unlock

Hello, 

the assignment changes seem to have broken my recon challenge path. It finished the second assignement (150m headshots), but i didnt get the unlocks. I'm now on the Specialist 1 challenge, but only have the silver badge and can't equip the spec ops path.

I've since played lots of games and restarted, even finished the third challenge of the recon, but nothing helped.

Is it glitched? How can i proceed?
