Spent 2550 Battlefield coins on Winter Offensive Tier Skip with nothing unlocked

I tried to spend my coins to unlock the Support skin on the winter offensive bonus path. The game was more than happy to take my coins with nothing being unlocked. I tried twice to tier skip up to that point, and tried to tier skip the first unlock but nothing has changed. Nobody should have their money wasted because you can't make your game work.  I fully expect to receive my wasted coins back, this is unacceptable.
