This is one time that I'm willing to wait to get a fix, but at least a public statement and some kind of compensation would be nice. We're a week out from launch and 11 days to the start of Season 1 with no communication, and as the Season 1 battlepass is included in the Phantom Edition, there is a very real chance that users are unable to interact with time sensitive content we paid for
