The quality of EA help support is absolutely unacceptable.
I was able to play launch day until around 11PM EST and have not been able to play the game since as it's giving me error code 1:86001S:51009S:11468332130:1073807360Q . I've literally spent the last 24 hours being constantly lied to by support or having them just instantly close chats and nobody can explain what the issue is when it's account related and not hardware / networking related as other people can login to their accounts on my computer and play the game just fine and my issue persists if I try to login on their computer that they're also able to connect to the game on.
This is the current chat I'm having right now and this is absolutely ridiculous.
I'm having the same issue – I managed to play for about 20 minutes. But the main point is that this started for me a year ago with the previous game, Battlefield 2042, and I already suffered from this problem during the Battlefield 6 beta. I've already optimized my modem to the maximum extent possible and even purchased a dedicated static IP address. I've tried absolutely everything, but there's been zero improvement. Using scripts, I was able to determine that the connection loss is happening on EA's servers.

Solved my problem by changing DNS.

what DNS settings did you use i have tried multiple and nothing has changed
