Hmmm.. interesting!
I hate to sound like a broken record. But specifically after making the new account, have you tried a full restart and a wipe of the EA app cache?
I only ask because for this particular circumstance. It actually sounds like the app’s cache could be involved.
if you’ve done those since making the new account, then I’m bust!
back over to EA to figure out (apparently this is their current top priority according to a support agent - but take that with a pinch of salt)
