So i found a workaround.
The issue is in-fact 100% tied to your EA Account. This issue is not relating to network or hardware.
The fix is to Unlink you EA account from steam -> Link a NEW EA account to your Original Steam account.
WHEN DOING THIS YOUR STEAM BATTLEFIELD 6 PROGRESS WILL BE TIED TO YOUR NEW EA ACCOUNT.
If you have a brand new EA account then your battlefield progress will reset.
Before i found a fix i had a level 27 character on a new EA account. When i linked the new EA account to steam all that progress carried over.
Fix if you have 6 month lock for unlinking.
1. Go to EA support site
2. Select account problem
3. Scroll down and select Contact Us
4. !!!IMPORTANT!!! - Make sure to select “CANT LOGIN” (EA can ONLY UNLINK if you use this option)
5. FIll out the rest
6. On the next screen scroll down and select talk to agent
7. Speak to the agent and request your steam and EA account to be unlink.
8. Once done your steam account will now work.

Can't I just Unlink the account from the settings without doing all that

You can but one "solution" to fix the error was to relink your account and if you did that you now have to wait 6 months till you can unlink it again... or well if support feels like it or you actually get someone with authority they can do it for you as well
