Have you tried playing any other EA games? If you can play them, then there is no ban on the account you're logged in with.

That’s ok I imagine you’re basically the middle man as community manager just passing info to the correct people, but please tell them to look into these “ghost bans” as well as their backend servers, I’ll do as you requested and let you know what happens 🫡
