was playing as of an hour ago, had bf6 hard crash my computer and had to restart it, since then have not been able to log back in to servers.
tried resetting network, changing DNS server, adding through firewall, revalidating files, and repairing the installation nothing has helped.

The same issue has happened to me, has yours been resolved yet?

Have you managed to solve the issue yet, if so, how?

My issue was fixed two days ago after almost a month simply because of connections with a streamer friend being able to put me in direct communications with them. There is no way for you to fix this issue on your end if you're specifically getting the error code 1:86001S:51009S:11468332130:1073807360Q. The error code 100% factually has to do with your account having two EA IDs which should not be possible and the game is trying to authenticate using the other / old ID. Unless you have direct coms I have no idea how you'd fix this because your profile numerical ID has to be changed on their end to fix the problem and public EA support is outsourced and will not understand any of this. The person I spoke to confirmed that I was legitimately the first person to report this issue and diagnosed the problem over the past month because apparently the error code itself had no documentation at all.
The only thing that will work is if you're playing on Steam and you unlink your Steam account from your EA account, create a brand new EA account, and link your Steam to that new account. You're going to completely lose any account progress and have to start from fresh but if you bought the Phantom Edition you'll still have access to that content + the battle pass. If you bought the game on the EA app or on console, I don't have a solution for you.

After three weeks on holiday - i'm back! The issue persists, and EA is still not helping. Absolutely cooked. Will be seeking a refund, and returning to the mob that's boycotting EA as a developer.

That's not an ideal fix unfortunately as I have spent 60 hours + on it and collected all the tags in the campaign, Completed all the challenges etc. I don't think I'd have it in me to do it all over again. But I am using steam.

Lucked out with a support tech that would actually action something (instead of just deferring to unhelpful documentation) and have found a workaround that has rectified the authentication loop error [1:86001S:51009S:11468332130:1073807360Q].
What I recommend doing to rectify the issue quickly, without waiting for EA to pull their finger out.
CONFIRMED WORK AROUND PROCESS:
- Download your EA profile data
- This is required because you'll need to identify which 'Persona' or EA ID to preserve
- Identify the EA ID which was used when you first played Battlefield 6
- I had a friend sit on the menu and watch as I launched the game through steam - the EA ID popped up saying "### is Online"
- THIS IS THE ID YOU NEED TO PRESERVE TO KEEP YOUR PROGRESS
- Get a coffee, and start the long painful process of cycling through EA support techs until you find one willing to delete old EA ID's
- Most will say they cant - just move on. Some of them CAN!
- Delete ALL EA ID's except the one you identified in step 2
- This will align EA's backend authentication systems with the BF 6 authentication systems and you should be home free
NOTE: EA games which may be using alternate EA ID's/Persona's will lose their progress - proceed at your own discretion
- Download your EA profile data
