Steam BF6 trouble with linked

hello. I have contacted the supervisors at contact-us several times. It's the same thing every time . the problem lies in linking the steam account to the EA account. When starting the game, the steam application displays a window through the in-game overlay, where the EA system asks you to reset your account password. since there is no binding or it was made incorrectly, the message with the security code is not sent to the email. I did not create an ea account under bf6, and the system logged in automatically when I first started the game, and I played without problems. but now this error has appeared. and I do not know which email or ea account was linked to. everyone wrote that there was no binding. and they were redirected to Steam technical support. please help with this problem.
