[Steam] Can't connect to multiplayer games.

TPM and SecureBoot are both active. I start the game. It launches and connects to multiplayer services just fine. Javelin anticheat launches, and appears in task manager. 

I choose a game mode (doesn't matter which). I hit the "start" at the bottom left of the screen with the soldier. The "start" button starts counting and says its matchmaking. That UI element vanishes, my soldier stands up like it's gonna join the game, but never does and the "start" button shows back up at the bottom left like I'd never pressed it, and it's press-able again. Pressing it again will do the same thing ad nauseam. It never joins, and never gives me an error message of any kind.

Can browse servers in the server browser, see their latencies, etc. If I try to join one this way it will sometimes show a queue at the top center of my screen, like it's communicating with the server and knows my position in line. It never joins though, and never gives an error message. Most of the time it just acts like I haven't pressed the join button though, and nothing happens at all. Literally nothing. I click, and no change of any kind happens. No queue. No error. Nothing.

HOWEVER

If I go into the game settings > system screen, and uninstall the multiplayer component, and then close the game, and then go into the game properties in steam and reinstall the multiplayer component (DLC screen), then I can join multiplayer games no problem. Like last night. I got to play the game! And let me tell you, it ran super good, and was super fun.

BUT

I shut my computer down when I went to work this morning. I get home, turn my PC on, and try to play some BF6 multiplayer. And guess what? Same thing as last night. Can't join any game and no error messages visible anywhere.

I just now uninstalled the multiplayer component and reinstalled it, and I still can't play, even though that resolved it last night. I can't find any rhyme or reason to this problem. Please help me dammit.
