Still experiencing packet loss

this is beyond ridiculous, rubber banding, shots not being registered and I'm just teleporting across places. ran some pings via ping command and well well well 

you can see where the problem is... EA please fix your network path. cogent and lumen. I also used a vpn and the same problem occurred. to further put the stamp in the book, this problem only occurs for this game. I've pinged it to battlefield.com and easo.ea.com
