Still haven't received launch week daily login rewards

I've had a ticket open for like a month now and still no help at all they finally said to come here and post about my issue. I know its not just me with this issue I'm in a discord server and i know at least 10 ppl with the same issue. In my case i only received the day 1 login reward what was a dog tag and nothing else not the deerstalker vehicle skin or the player card some others only received the player card or just the jeep skin. Can we get any info on if this can be resolved anything at all they just tell me to uninstall the game and reinstall or logout and ofc none of that worked
