Still no free battlepass as was prommised

It's been two weeks now and EA Chat team are saying that i did not fulfill the criteria eaven when I preordered the game on EA App and couldn't play it on launch day. I entered some broken custom server for few minutes and got kicked out and coulnd eaven launch the game after that. I want my free battlepass as it was prommised. I did try to play Redsec when it came out on PS5 and to see if I received free battlepass and xp boosters and nothing. Now Chat is saying that i did not fulfill the criteria that they cant tell me what it was to begin with .......
