Stuck in lobby

Try to join a game, escalation, brektrough for example.. some times it works, some days i can play one match and then stuck in lobby, some days nothing works.. 

I have tried reinstall, cut power to xbox to cleare cache.. 

I use a xbox s. 

Anyone got some tips, or is it just the way it is with ea games, they dont give a f... after you buy the game.
