Stuck waiting for Revive, Loop

Anyone else experiencing an issue where your down and waiting for a revive and went to skip revive and it just gets stuck and you end up in a loop with the player just putting his hand up and down and there’s an irritating sound from the defibs and it’s just in a loop and there’s nothing you can do so you just have to quit the game. Please EA look into this as this has happened to me 3 times tonight and it never has happened at the start of the game always towards the **bleep** end of game so it’s pretty **bleep** devastating when I have to quit when I’m having such a good game or if it’s a bad game then no worries it ain’t that deep.
