Stuttering, Crashing, and More -- Oct. 16

Hi there,

I am getting stuttering, low frame rates, slow motion, and now crashes. I have tried reinstalls. Driver restores, using old driver versions, BIOS updates. All have led to no resolution. I've been playing since launch day and issues have been consistent even after the latest patch.

My game reports that the megapixels/second are very low and it seems my GPU is being underutilized. The CPU also shows having a bad time. This is all using the in game overlay for performance.

Any ideas?

My set up should be more than capable. It plays other games just fine.
