Sudden FPS drop in game after recent BF6 update

Same here, just on the EA app instead of Steam. Was getting consistently 80-100 fps and now I can barely get above 55. Settings are all at the lowest and it actually looked really good for having all the settings on low. Was having a blast. Now I can't even play.
