They better fix this issue soon or I’m requesting a refund. So ridiculous.

Hi all, try exiting any background software. For myself it's the same issue with anticheat and FIFA, it also caused issues. On PC go to bottom right of screen, click upwards arrow to show more programs running, anything on motherboard i.e. Asus gamefirst IV or any network optimization software preprogrammed into motherboard, exit it/ shut it down. It flags as overlay with anticheat and then will remove you from a game. Basically anticheat thinks your cheating or trying to. That seems to have worked for myself.

EA support says it's a known issue and are working on a fix

Hey, I tried finding a way to contact EA Support but can't find anything, so I'm posting here.

Problem:
Whenever I try to join any multiplayer match in Battlefield 6, I receive a “Timed Out” error. The game launches fine, menus work, but I can’t connect to any game. This has been consistent for the past 5 hours.

Info:
Playing through Steam on a Windows 10 machine.

Troubleshooting I already tried:

Restarted PC, router, and modem
Verified game files in Steam
Flushed and renewed network stack
Disabled firewall/antivirus temporarily and allowed EA + Battlefield through Windows Defender
Checked NAT type and enabled UPnP on router
Forwarded EA/Battlefield ports manually
Tried multiple DNS servers (Google and Cloudflare)
Removed external USB drives and devices
Tried alternate routing via VPN (NordVPN)
Ran traceroute/ping tests to EA servers (easo.ea.com, battlefield.com) → packets reach EA edge nodes, but game still times out
Tried launching directly through EA App, but the game doesn’t appear in my EA Library even though it’s linked and installed via Steam
Unlinked and relinked Steam ↔ EA accounts
Reinstalled the game and EA Desktop app
Cleared EA cache
Repaired the anti-cheat instance

Current status:
The game installs normally and I can launch it. The EA App doesn't start automatically, and when I join a game, I get disconnected within 10 seconds.

In the span of 3-days I have only been able to play one full match and also tried all the remedies above. Not sure how that one game worked. If I am lucky in certain matches I get 1-minute of gameplay before the message appears.

My PC does thr same thing... very frustrating sitting on day 5 and not being able to play multi-player or having any of my awards for purchasing the Phamton edition.
Please Fix #EA, #Dice, #BF6

Has anyone got a fix yet mine is doing it too. I play alone it’s fine but when I try and get in a party with a friend. It says timed out, this is stupid for a $75 game.

Alright boys, I have a solid solution that worked for me (tried all else so this one is by me)
Go to your firewall settings and make sure BF6 and EA services have both Private and Public access. THEN add Javelin which is not on the list. In my case it's at C:\Program Files\EA\AC\EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe (both for private and public)
You may also reinstall it for BF6 while you're there.
I also added the installer for good measure however it's most likely irrelevant.

I kept getting “Timed Out” and random disconnects in Battlefield 6 for weeks. I tried everything—changing DNS, opening ports, turning off QoS/Game Boost, lowering graphics, checking CPU usage, reinstalling drivers, etc. Nothing helped.

What finally fixed it was doing a full factory reset on my ASUS router. After resetting and setting it up fresh, the disconnects completely stopped. So if you’ve tried all the usual fixes and still get kicked, your router settings might be messed up somewhere. A factory reset is worth trying.

I actually managed to get it fixed, for me it was the Armory Crate software or something, def one of the “game boost” softwares that I never even thought of
