Titan V crash DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

Question

Hi,I did several multiple dozens of troubleshooting and still BF6 crashes with the same error.Error: DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The GPU will not respond to more commands").I'm using NVIDIA Titan V. I know it's an old GPU, but it still runs many games without any crashes. BF6 is the only game giving me this issue.I saw EA recommend installing another NVIDIA driver version, but Titan V doesn't have that driver because it's on a different driver branch.Is anyone else with a Titan V or older NVIDIA GPU having the same problem? Any fix?

Check for compatibility with NVIDIA 596.49
If you find your GPU is not compatible with that driver set, you might try the 'Studio Drivers' as they tend to be more stable than the game-ready drivers. Thank you. EA_Barry.

Same issue but I have the latest drivers and a new RTX 5090.

SInce last update, my game is crashing regularly. I can't get thru a match 90% of the time. DirectX function "GetDeviceRemovedReason" failed with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG ("The GPU will not respond to more commands"). GPU: "NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090", Driver: 61074 This error is usually caused by the graphics driver crashing; try installing the latest drivers.

lLumpial​&nbsp; Thank you for that . Disabling XMP is potentially helpful, particularly if a GPU is too highly clocked/overclocked.
