Tombstone Pack and other content missing

Hi, I got sent here by the EA Help support after e-mails going back and forth since over a month now.. Honestly I dont really know why I should bring this up here and why it cant be fixed from support, but here we are.

So this is my case: I got the Phantom Edition of BF6 on Steam and I'm missing the Tombstone Pack. I noticed it straight away after downloading and playing the game on release day - I decided to wait a couple days as these contents can be delayed, but nothing happened so I started a support case. 

Other content that is missing is the login rewards that were handed out the first couple of days after release. But what I  really care about of course is the payed for missing content, the Tombstone Pack.
