Troubles BF 6 Access Restored: Thank Tou for Your Patience!

My nickname is Skrillex67rus. I bought a pre-order of the Battlefield 6 game on EAapp and on the release day of October 10th, I still couldn't log in.....in multiplayer and single! I was in the menu and the training room, and I logged into the game only 6 hours later, after the problem was fixed! Letters of apologies, rewards, and skipping the first and second seasons have been sent to everyone for free! I still haven't received the letter and the rest!!! And I'm far from alone. Please explain the reason for this!
