Twitch drops

Same here. They keep sending automated replies to my email saying "Have you recieved the items yet?"

We need to keep bombarding them with this issue as EA appears to be ignoring all of us.

I contacted support first with this, but they said that players received the drops so they recommend that I should create a discuss and the team will get to me with this case :D I will write on support again I guess, maybe I will get different person there.
