Two games linked to one account

I play battlefield on steam, with my EA account connected. I bought this game for my brother on Ps5, which is tied to a completely different email address. he has his own EA account and has never used mine ever. Somehow when he's launching battlefield 6 its tied to my EA account, and therefore we cant connect to each other. I don't know why it automatically linked to my account, but i need to figure out how to to get him on his own account.

    Hey Trustedtot24,

If your brother is playing on PS5, his PSN would have been linked to an EA account the first time he accessed any EA title from that PSN account. If he didn't have to link accounts when launching Battlefield 6 for the first time, it was likely already linked from another game in the past.

If he has his own separate EA account, you'd need to look into unlinking his PSN from your EA account so it can be linked to his instead, assuming he doesn't have a different PSN already linked to his own EA account.

We are not able to make any changes to your account status via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the correct platforms can be re-linked.
