[UI Bindings] Let us map all harcoded bindings

On mouse and keyboard settings, can we have access to the modification of all hardcoded bindings like the one in range "Y" and cancel MM search "I".

I play in YGHJ instead of ZQSD. Weird I know but I can't use the range properly and "I" is my reload button that in the UI cancels the MM search.

We need at least a file or something to change this values.
