I pre-ordered the battlefield 6 game but it's saying I do not have access to the early access even though I should be able to pre-order but I'm unable to do anything and I don't know how to fix it I pre-ordered digitally
Me too I preordered, and the game itself is telling me I have to purchase it in order to download anything. I have repaired files today and done a removal and installation to see if that would work and nada. Like seriously.
i did the same exact thing as jumpstart and still nothing, made a case but so far no response, this is kind of crazy. Preorder the game to support and now cant even access the game when it says in my purchased history i purchased the game, in the ea launcher it says i purchased the game, I downloaded all the content and repaired the files and yet in the game it says i have to purchase and download. its kind of ridiculous.
Same here. I bought bought the game and don't have access to multiplayer or anything?
my home screen gives a "500 something went wrong" and i have my library empty, cant even install.... if i knew i would have bought it on steam... what a joke
I have no ability to play the game. It says I need to download the required files after purchasing them, though I already purchased the complete game. It seems, based on comments in active streamer feeds, that everyone who purchased through the EA is having this problem.
This needs to be fixed ASAP.

yeah i am having the exact same issue as well. cannot play the campaign or the mp either and have uninstalled and reainstalled the game. ironicaly also preordered the game too.

I'm having the same issue, pre ordered the game, installed it, launched it and was told to purchase the mp campaign ect
that post about issues hasn't been updated in a while. I'd say if we can't start playing soon we should get a refund and go somewhere else
