Same here, experiencing the same error on launch since purchasing the game yesterday on Steam. So far I've tried:

• Unplugging unnesecary USB devices
• Launching and attempting to connect with different network configurations (With/Without VPN and/or Zapret)
• Updating BIOS
• Updating NVIDIA drivers
• Updating and reinstalling EA App
• Updating and reinstalling Javelin Anti-Cheat
• Disabling Steam Overlay and Steam Cloud
• Changing DNS

Nothing worked. So far I only assume that the main problem is Javelin Anti-Cheat as for the last resort I have decided to test out Battlefield 1, which, indeed, started to close itself at launch through Steam and returning me to EA App. I assume this problem will be the same for Titanfall 2

Update: attempting to launch REDSEC through EA App causes same connection problem, but with a different error code, that mostly refers to the anticheat error and used to be solved with reinstalling the anticheat. Sadly, that didn't fix the game either.
