Weapon FOV Resets to Wide by Itself

Basically title, exact same issue as before.
Weapon field of view option gets reset to Wide automatically whenever you spawn again in the game. This bug been present since Beta(!!!!) from a year ago. 

Replication steps:
Go into options
Select weapon FOV NARROW
Spawn in the game and die and/or respawn in a firing range, makes no difference which one
Spawn again and see the weapon FOV being reset to WIDE

For some reason EA_Shepard decided that issue no longer represents game's current updates and closed all previous threads regarding this, but matter of fact is that its still not fixed whatsoever.
