same here! xbox as well and not been able to play since the update! i contacted EA help and they kept trying to tell me it was my network settings till finally when non of there tips worked they told me to come here instead. glad to see im not the only one getting this 0:89001S:7C-13561655840 error. i found that deleting the saved game files ( and the ones on the cloud ) would allow me to get into the game but only for one session and you have to go threw all the stuff setting up the game settings every time, so clearly a bug i wish they would just admit that and drop a update to fix it
