Unable to join matches after playing one

Gday everyone ive got a strange issue, after a pc restart i can load into a single match fine but once that match ends and it searches for a second game it will not connect to a new server and leave me stuck in the end game screen. If i exit to menu and try to queue it will find a game but then wont connect. I also cant connect to my friends games if this happens while playing with them. if i restart my pc and join them however it works fine. is there some weird **bleep** network thing going and restarting my pc resets something so im able to connect? at no point has my game given me an error message
