Unjust Permanent Ban: Automated Support is Ignoring False Positive Logs

Hello everyone. I am writing this out of deep frustration. On September 16, 2026, I received a permanent ban in Battlefield 6 for alleged "gameplay improvements."

I am a strictly casual player. I played about 7 matches that week just to have fun with my friends. I have absolutely no history of, or interest in, cheating. It makes no logical sense for me to risk my entire account for nothing.

I am certain this is a False Positive. The Anti-Cheat system clearly flagged a harmless background process on my PC, most likely the Xbox Game Bar overlay. It is incredibly discouraging that a standard background application can trigger a permanent ban.

The most frustrating part is the EA Support loop. I appealed twice, explicitly requesting a human to analyze the raw logs and check the exact name of the process that triggered the alarm. Instead, I received generic, automated replies rejecting my appeals. My technical explanation was completely ignored, and it feels like the automated system just closed the door on a loyal customer without actually investigating the evidence.

EA_Rtas or any other Community Manager, I kindly ask for your help to escalate this to a real Anti-Cheat specialist. I have nothing to hide. I just need a human to check the raw logs, see the exact process name, and revert this unfair ban so I can go back to playing with my friends.

Thank you for the reply, EA_Barry.

I have already submitted two appeals, and both were denied with generic, automated responses. They didn't explain the reason for the refusal, nor did they specify exactly what triggered the ban, only vaguely mentioning "gameplay improvements." I still firmly state that this ban is completely unfair and a false positive.

Since they have already auto-rejected my case twice and I only have one attempt left, I am genuinely afraid they will just automatically deny my third appeal as well. Do you have any advice or tips on how I should approach this final attempt so that a real human actually reviews my case and looks at my logs?

Ban appeals are not handled via the forums. You can appeal a ban up to three times currently. If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, you can dispute any action against your EA account by following the steps in the following link:

How do I appeal a ban

    Thank you. EA_Barry.
