Unknown error after a 10-15 minutes of play

I'm hoping there is a quick fix for this, or is this a known issue.  I play on PC and from Steam and I keep getting the following unknown error after playing less than 20 minutes.  Happened about five times last night, and already twice tonight.  This never happened until this last update and now its happening quite often.  PLEASE HELP!
