Unknown error won’t allow me to connect to servers

I keep getting error code 1:86001s:51009s:11468332130:1073807360q when trying to connect to online services from the main menu. Sometimes it puts me in a queue and quickly gives me the error, other times it gives me the error code right away. I’m on pc and purchased on steam
