There is a marked solution at NETWORK DISCONNECTED - ERROR CODE 1:8600 1S:5 100 1S: 16054882630:-2146631680Q | EA Forums - 12790783 however,
it should not be marked as a solution as the marked solution is "talking to the ISP provider" or "diasabling NAT" which are both ridiculously unnecessary and inconvenient to play an online game. No one wants to go through that. EA team needs to adress this issue more clearly and provide an alternative solution or fix it entirely. I am still in need of a proper solution.
