Unrightfully banned for “gameplay enhancement”

I found out from a friend if you use a mouse software like logi g hub you can also have problems I believe i got perma banned for use it and im still waiting on my ban. they really need to give a real reason and what was found not just a vague reason for the banned so it can be easier to get the problem solved.
