Community ManagerApologies for missing that tag. Which Xbox console do you have? Series X or S? Also, is it in a well ventilated space and are the vents free of any dirt/debris?
Yes, it’s clean and well ventilated and an external variable speed fan is equipped
It’s the newer Xbox Series X, and is about 3-4 years old
It's regularly happening on PS5 too, it's not a hardware issue.
There are multiple threads on this issue for Xbox Series X. This is a bug on the developers side. Can you escalate?

no error. Just freezes and crashes to Xbox main menu
uninstalled Game and cleared cache
