Versatile Soldier Skin still missing after 5 months

After some very rude EA support 'helpers' I am forced to write this.

As you can see I received the Versatile Soldier Skin over 5 months ago, by gifting a subscription.

I have the receipts and this is showing in my Twitch inventory:

But it STILL hasn't shown up in-game.

All other drops have, except this one.

It's very annoying as I paid actual money for this one and EA support just lies about contacting the team and writing back within 5 seconds that they can't help lol.

Same here, constantly being fobbed off or being told it's a bug that's being looked into. Nothing to show for it and the customer care team always close the ticket despite no resolution. As money actually exchanged hands for this in the form of a paid twitch sub, surely this isn't legal.
