We deserve a refund

So not only is it struggling tracking almost everything and the lastest being support specialist incendiary air burst which needs 2k damage and been trying to get it for weeks and only at 700 now but it also decided to take away the 50 revives in a match that was already completed so now I'm losing stuff I already achieved. This game is not with the money spent. Please refund people thier money cause this is bullcrap.
