Weapon and equipment not unlocking for loadouts

On PC (via EA play) and have had an issue the last few days where the assault team challenge shows completed and that the quark deployment beacon is awarded. It isn't! It can't be added to the loado...

Are you aware of anything to fix / being done here. It's been an issue of weeks and pretty much stopping progression on the challenges and getting some of the core equipment.

Unfortunately no, I contacted support and they pretty much just said that the devs are working on it and that I could post to the forums to hopefully get their attention.
