I am accessing the Challenges tab for the weekly missions. For one of the challenge it says Complete 2 weekly missions to unlock. I have completed two missions already but it is still locked. See screenshot for more info.

I have this problem also. very frustrating. Will there be a fix for it ? i want to get that 10,000 XP!
I would like to confirm, it should write Complete 2 "MORE" weekly challenges. Not just 2 challenges. This is why is confusing, to unlock, you need to complete more weekly challenges, from the same tab.
I've completed 5 of the weekly challenges and still not unlocked
Same exact thing. I finished all of the week 1 challenges but the week 2 challenge that expires in 4 days for “50 headshots” is just locked

You guys need to do 7 missions in total. It says 2 missions because you only have 5 so far. It's worded fairly poorly.
