Nate_LRS the CPU is below minimum requirements. Go into BF6 advanced graphics settings and limit the game's framerate to 30fps. That will help prevent time nudge (TN) spiking in the network performance graph and reduce network lag.
XMP memory overclocking doesn't appear to be enabled in motherboard BIOS settings. The memory appears to be running at 2133MHz instead of 3000MHz.

I live in Maine, I can usually get 30-35 ping, but lately it sends me to west coast servers with ping spiking from 100-140 ms... its completely unplayable

I would also like to add that when making a party, EA needs to let the Party Leader be host, many of us have worked out who live near a middle ground server so we can all enjoy the game. But for whatever reasons it randomly picks someone to host and it seems to favor console.
