Wrongful Ban
Hi all,
I have received a BF6 ban without any explanation. Naturally, the support doesn't seem to bother to take a look at my case. If this was a legitimate issue, I need to know what caused it, but I honestly can't even wrap my head around it because this is the first time I have been banned - anywhere, ever. Is there any other way to contact the support / any person in charge and send them logs?
It upsets me, of course, that I need to prove that I am in the clear, while a machine automatically rejects my tickets.
