Wrongfully banned and can't do anything about it.

Hi, I've been wrongfully banned around the 6th of august 2026. Just one day after buying the game.
Apparently, the cause of the permaban was "observed Gameplay enhancement in Battlefield 6" but I've never cheated in a game and never plan on doing so.

I tried appealing the decision on the 7th; today, I got an automated message saying that my penalty for cheating was applied correctly. Jokes on me !

This is a false positive and this system is infuriating. I've read here that I can't do much else other than appealing again, which I did. But I would at least like to have a real person review my account. The way I'm being treated as an innocent custommer is beyond garbage.
