Xbox Binding Issue

I hopped in a game today and changed the key binds for transport vehicles so that acceleration / brake reverse were triggers and not the left stick. (this is the only way to change it and it is still broken)

The real issue is that now my binds for crouch/prone were changed back to B instead of how I had it as rt stick click. Now melee is both B & rt stick click and nothing I do fixes it.

Every time I change the bind to rt stick click, it shows as B.

This makes the game unplayable!
